RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At REMMII we are passionate about offering quality products - we want you to love our products as much as we do!
If you need to return one of our items, please carefully read and identify the appropriate return process below and follow the steps accordingly. Should your request not meet our below policy standards, it will not be eligible for return and therefore will be declined.
HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
- Full-priced items
If you are not happy with your purchase or you change your mind, full price items can be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order for a full refund minus shipping and handling fees. - Sale and Clearance items
We do not offer change of mind returns for any items on sale or clearance.
Should you wish to return an item due to change of mind, please contact us with your:

- Contact number and email address
- Order number
- Proof of purchase, this could be an email or electronic order confirmation. If you need help to locate this, please provide us with the name and contact of the person who bought the item for you.
- Reason for your return
FAULTY
At REMMII we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. In the unlikely event the item you received has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible to bring this to our attention. This must be within the 12 month warranty period to be eligible.
Please note: A manufacturing fault is classified as a product that is unable to be used in its intended manner and refers specifically to failure of hardware or workmanship. Please see our FAQ for tips on how to ensure the longevity of your material, and advice on how to clean marks. Slight variations to the surface of faux leather are expected and not considered a manufacturing fault.
Should you wish to return a faulty item, please contact us with your:
- Full name
- Contact number and email address
- Order number
- Proof of purchase, this could be an email or electronic order confirmation. If you need help to locate this, please provide us with the name and contact of the person who bought the item for you.
- At least 3-4 high quality photos showing the issue from different angles, and a detailed description of your manufacturing fault. Please include a photo of the entire item so we are able to match your product to the proof of purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Change of mind
Change of Mind return shipping is at the expense of the customer with the addition of a handling fee. - Faulty
If you receive a faulty item or your item displays a manufacturing fault within 12 months of receiving your order, shipping of any replacement item(s), as well as the return shipping of the faulty item(s), is covered by REMMII.
RETURN PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES
We will endeavour to process your return at our earliest convenience. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be initially reviewed and approved. Please also allow up to 48 hours for your return to be resolved upon being received at our warehouse.
