Dispatch and Shipping 

What is your dispatch timeframe?
All orders are packed and shipped within 72 hours after ordering. 

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way. You will be able to track your order on our tracking page. Note: Tracking may take 3-5 days to update.

What is your shipping timeframe?
All orders to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA and Canada have a timeframe of 5-15 working days. For the rest of the world, shipping timeframes will vary depending on location, please contact us for specific timeframes.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA and Canada. All other orders will have a shipping cost applied at checkout and will depend on location. 

I placed my order a few days ago but haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you're checking the one you used for your purchase. If you still can't find the email, please contact us with your full name and email address, and we can help you further.

Product Information

Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, we pride ourselves in the quality of our products. Each product has a 12 month manufacturing warranty. Please see our returns and refund policy for more details regarding what to do in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product. 

How accurate is the colour of your products displayed on the website?
We strive to provide an accurate representation of our products, however please note that colours may appear differently from the displayed colour and the physical product due to variations in monitor and screen settings. 

How do I care for my REMMII bag? 
REMMII bags are designed to transition through all stages of life, and with the right care, will age beautifully. Here is our guide to keeping your pieces in their best condition.

  • The exterior of the bag, whether made from our premium faux leather, PVC or canvas, can be wiped with a damp cloth to remove any dust and dirt.
  • The interior lining can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth or baby wipe.
  • Our bags are not suitable for machine wash or tumble dry
  • Zips often feel stiff when your bag is brand new, rub a beeswax candle or some lead pencil along the zipper to help it glide with ease.
  • Ensure you only zip and unzip your bag when the zipper is flat and straight. Excessive pulling or tugging on the zip may cause the zip head to bend and the zip teeth misalign, as will overfilling your bag.
  • Just like all zips, we recommend having your zip serviced occasionally to ensure the teeth are still in good condition. In the unlikely event that your zipper jams, the teeth bend or the zip may become loose, your local cobbler should be able to assist in repairing or realigning.
